Based in Dubai, I'm a dedicated Audio Visual (AV) professional and project manager with over 17 years of hands-on experience in live events, installations, and broadcast production. My career spans roles as an Assistant Audio Engineer, Head of Departments, Freelance Audio Engineer, and Project Manager, where I've consistently delivered high-impact solutions for high-profile clients across convention centers, TV channels, touring bands, stadiums, and event management firms.

Professional Journey:

  • Freelance project manager & AV specialist (August 2021 – Present): I lead end-to-end project management, including client consultations, technical drawings, and 3D venue designs. As Head of Audio for major events, I organise video content—such as PowerPoint slides—while using production tools such as Resolume Arena, Dataton Watchout, managing AV networking, timecode triggers, and network file sharing. I also handle show calling, directing AV teams, crafting event agendas, and overseeing backstage operations for seamless execution.

  • Nexo product specialist: Serving the Gulf and MENA regions, I've specialised in project design, distributor training, and event coordination. As the single point of contact, I provide expert technical and sound design support for PA systems, ensuring optimal performance and innovation.

  • Head of audio department, UAE: I've managed audio operations for prestigious venues like Madinat Souk and other Jumeirah properties. Collaborating closely with production heads, I've overseen design, outsourcing, and execution while conducting team training sessions, scheduled maintenance, and creating detailed signal flow diagrams and calibration reports.

My foundation in event production covers everything from warehouse logistics and system rigging to precise audio tuning and on-site management. Complemented by my broadcast experience as a location sound recordist, I maintain meticulous quality standards across all projects.
